Hey guys...so whatsup with HybridZ? I've tried logging in with my username (same as here), and I can't? Says I don't have permission to view the forum. I used a proxy work around to view the website, and my username hasn't been put on the banned list, so what gives? And why would I be banned, anyway? I had over 100 posts, if I remember right, and my last post was simply about finally taking out my L26 motor and triple webers. Tried contacting them with no reply, but definitely a little frustrated. I don't think I did anything wrong... I mentioned getting rid of the webers and engine in the post, but it wasn't even a for sale post and you just can't post in the classified ads without donating....to my knowledge. So WTH? And even if they didn't like that, why the hell wouldn't you give a warning? Anyway, no idea what's going on...trying not to jump to conclusions...but still getting a little pissed... .

Anyone else with the same problem?

It's not you. They're having issues. The "banning" is sporadic and just started. I'm sure it's being worked on, somebody even started a thread about it on the site.

I'm having the same issue's and as Zed Head already posted it's the website having technical difficulties.

If I check back about 6 hours later I can view the forum without issue for about an hour or so.

The admins should have it fixed fairly quick as they got the entire site up and running almost instantly after the attack on it a little while back, just have to be patient

At first I was not able to sign in with my IPad & then my Mac Air and then my IPhone but my PC worked so I posted a question as to why. Then my PC wouldn't sign in. I then went through the steps like I forgot my user name and password and it turns out my user name (for signing in) was changed. After signing in with the temporary password I was able to redo my password .

I got banned and have absolutely no respect for the admin of that forum. This forum is all you need along with the zcar.com archive posts.

Huh... Your clearly mediocre, but nonetheless appreciated contribution to this thread has been noted.

Thanks! Glad to know it's not just me. I was getting worried for a bit. When I used to work with a hosting company, we had attacks on the forum all the time. Wonder if that is what happened.

Hmm... Idk. I just like that it seems to be more active on some forums. But sorry to hear that. That and there are more posts on "hybrid" zcars, too.

Yeah, I've got to say that I don't understand that commet either. Is it an attempt at humor? Anyway, to the topic, I've been to HybridZ off and on over the last couple of weeks, as normal, and haven't had any problems. When did this take place?

It's been over the last couple of days. I just replied over there to SuperDan's (the admin) query about whether the problem still existed, that I had had the problem again this morning, then immediately got blocked again. Still blocked. Maybe it's a firewall or old OS problem. I'm using Windows XP. Tried Chrome and Firefox and they both block.

Security issues. I wasn't able to get into the site until this morning. Should be cleared up by now.

Naw... I'm still locked out. Maybe if you guys get a chance and the problem is cleared up for everyone else, you could give a shout-out for me? For some reason it is really not wanting to let me back in. I got in this morning briefly with my iPad at my school. Thinking maybe the breach involved MAC address and IP address blocking since at home it won't let me. Could be either/or... Idk... Must have been one hell of a security glitch/hack.

12:31 and I'm blocked again, from all Hybridz pages. I don't think individual "shout-outs" are going to help. A description of your "proxy work around" to view the site might help SuperDan figure out what's going on though. Why don't describe what it is?
