Can anyone identify this Disk break Upgrade from my 240Z

I did rmove this an clean everything the thing i that both piston seals are not very good anymore and

I do not know were they came from

there is not much on the part as of brand name or anything

If you need more pics i could send pics of the thing dismounted partly and cleaned.
