Posted January 15, 201312 yr comment_411957 Hi, I'm on the hunt for new intake valve seats for a n47 head, I was wondering if anybody knows where I can get these? I've tried searching and the only places I have come up with are MSA, which is expensive, almost $13 for one, or zcarsource, which doesn't list the manufacturer. Does anybody know of any places to get these? Or should I just put my faith in zcarsource? Thanks! January 15, 201312 yr comment_411962 Looks like Nissan may have them, for a couple dollars more. If "insert" means seat. Look at parts 5 and 6 - Datsun 280Z Cylinder Head, Rocker Cover & Thermostat L28EINSERT-VAL :: Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/45417-where-to-buy-intake-valve-seats/#findComment-411962 Share on other sites
January 15, 201312 yr comment_411980 You can always call MSA and ask where they get their seats from. I'd also try contacting the shop you'll be using to see if they have a source. They might if they've worked on the L-series before. Good luck!
