I have a lower 1" 78 with camber adjustment on all four corners, and have read all I can fine about alignment settings. Can not fine anything about want the setting should be. Any info would help me go to the Alignment Shop with some good info.

That is close enough. The differences between tire sizes isn't enough to worry about. Use the street settings...
