Posted February 4, 201312 yr comment_413954 Gents - I need your advice. On the rear section of my 71 240, there is a series of "u" shaped clips (made of spring steel I think) that are welded to the body and hold the bottom of the tailight panel. A couple of mine are broken and I need to replace them. I don't see these parts available anywhere in the aftermarket. Do I have to find a donor car to get these pieces? I might as well replace all of them. Any ideas?thanksHank Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/45589-tailight-panel-mounting-clips-broken/ Share on other sites
February 4, 201312 yr comment_413967 You're in luck, Canuck! I saved a couple from a recent demo, just have to find 'em! Drop me a note to z240@shaw.ca and I'll stick 'em in an envelope.
