After seeing many of the edited versions of the meteor that hit Russia, I decided to go on a search for high resolution images and some uncut raw video of the incident. What we have here is a VERY close call! How ironic that it happens around the same time a larger asteroid just about hits the earth later in the day?! The chances of having an impact with injuries on the same day as DA14 are beyond astronomical. Enjoy.

Damn, that's some crazy footage. In video #6, the narrator says someone was exiting through that door when the shockwave came through, and severed a guy's finger...

Wow. I'm amazed at the delay between the time they saw the cloud, and the time the shock wave hit. After the flash, it would have been so tempting for everyone to simply go to the window and look at the cloud. That's probably what caused most of the glass-related injuries.
