Struts & springs /w poly bump stops are new from last year.

Here is the list so far. I'm thinking of doing the wheel bearings as well but haven't quite decided. Am I missing anything which could be added? (bushings will be rubber as our streets are pretty rough up here)

Earl's SS brake lines

Caliper rebuild kit

Tension Rod kit from MSA

Front Tension Rod Bushing (2)

Front Control Arm Bushing (2)

Front Sway Bar End Link Bushing (8)

Front Sway Bar to Frame Bushing (2)

Looks like a good list. Unless you replaced previously, you could replace the steering knuckle to strut assembly o-ring.

Motorsport! O-Ring, Steering Knuckle To Strut Assembly, 70-78 240Z-260Z-280Z - The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts

I would also evaluate the steering rack boots and have those on hand if they are dry / cracking.

Might as well do the wheel bearings and seals while you have it all apart.

If your master cylinder looks 100 years old, you may want to replace it while you are doing the caliper rebuild.

If you doing the strut bearings you might want to check the strut boots. They would be probably in worse condition than the steering rack boots.

Motorsport! Shock Boot, 74-78 260Z-280Z - The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts

If you do anything to the master cylinder, replace it. I think you can still get the rubber cup kits, but at $95 its not worth the hassle. Black Dragon Automotive - Parts & Accessories for Datsun 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, 280ZX & Mazda RX7

I would also clean the brake switch and the proportioning valve. They get pretty gummed up over the years and probably not working like they should. The cups in the Proportioning valve are NLA so be carefull dismantling it. You can get the o-rings easy enough. Just make sure the o-rings are made of EPDM rubber material. Dont use Viton or NBR rubber. It doesnt go good with brake fluid.

I hadn't seen the steering knuckle o-ring until today when I ripped it off by accident. So good idea on replacing it! LOL

Master cylinder is on a future list when I start getting into the engine bay a bit more.
