Is this a factory jdm radio?

Has anyone ever seen this hitachi radio in a jdm s30? Its got what looks like the faceplate from a 280z with the antenna switch but

on the bottom it looks like a zx mounting bracket and wiring harness plug. Someone in Japan is trying to sell this as a s30 radio.
