From memory... Loosen the locking nut that you normally loosen during a valve adjustment and unscrew it to the top. Turn the ball-headed bolt all the way down. Use a pry bar or big screw driver to compress the valve spring enough for you to slip the rocker back in place. Pry against the rough cam surface and be very careful of the polished lobes. And watch your fingers! Somebody should proof read this before you try it.
