seat troubles... 1974 (early)260z

hi again.

i have an early 260z that PO has hacked to bits seemingly

currently the car has what looks like honda accord seats(see pic of mounting)

problem being i'm 6'3" and my head touches the ceiling.

i just picked up a pair of supposed "240/260/280 seats" and i beleive they are either different style mountings or i'm missing pieces.

they seats i picked up have mounting points on all 4 sides that look to be factory, but are at 45 degree angles.

the car has nothing to mount these to. are these the wrong seats? are there bits missing from my car(again)?

if these are the wrong rails, does anyone have the correct ones they could part with?

thanks in advance

OK, so for anyone that needs to know. the 280 brackets can be made to fit the 240/260 with a littel works and tools.

there are huge rivets holding the 45 degree tabs that are the exact same position as the vertical posts for the 240/260 excluding the outer front hole that must be drilled about a 1/4 inch toward center of car.

btw, its a bitch screwing it together though. i had to use a ferrite magnet to hold a nut on the inside of the front of rails after securing the rears.

cheers
