Added member number titles to both post and user profiles.

User Profile:

1. Edit MEMBERINFO template.
   
2. Find "edit_user_profile"
   
3. Below that, find "userinfo"
   
4. Add this to the list:
   

   
   <br>Member #CZCC-{vb:raw prepared.userid}
   

Member #CZCC-235234

Posts:

1. Edit postbit_legacy template.
   
2. Find

   <dl class="userinfo_extra">

   
   

3. Add this line to the list:
   

   
   <dt>Member ID</dt> <dd>CZCC-{vb:raw post.userid}</dd>
