Buying parts off amazon

It's like buying from Rock Auto, because chances are...you are buying from Rock Auto.

Amazon doesn't stock any autoparts (or TV's, cameras, computers, dishware...), they are a subscription sales/search engine. Companies pay Amazon a percentage of the sale as a finders fee.

I haven't yet bought Z parts, but have bought a lot of things for my chevy trucks and my daughter's Kia. Perhaps $1500 or so in the past 6 months. Multiple items may have multiple shipping points and thus a little extra in shipping but have found everything to be exactly what I ordered and shipped promptly. And almost every time cheaper than ebay. I now find the description and info on ebay and then look at Amazon before I order. It isn't that I am cheap, it is that I'm poor. There is a difference........

That hilarious, I'm completely with you on that. But I'm also a bargain shopper. Why pay more for the same product if i can get it for a cheaper price and still retain the good quality?

I've gotten many parts and tools from amazon.com for my engine rebuild. I too prefer them over ebay, never paid a shipping charge, it's always been priced more than their $25 minimum or I guess I've always made it priced more than $25. Easy to do! No hassle or charge if you have to return something.

I will second the ease and success of buying parts on Amazon. I bought lots of Moog suspension parts for 2000 4Runner when I had it and Amazon had the best price by far. I have bought lots of tools from them and was always happy with the purchase and shipping. They don't have many Z parts but I see a few consoles and things on occasion.

Yeah, ok the same with the tools. I've picked up a lot if tool and stands from amazon plus manuals. It's been a great source. I'm just yet to purchase any actual car parts
