I agree with Rob, not something that made it across the pond. Looks English to me, which makes sense. Try looking at aftermarket offerings for TR4 or MGB.

Perhaps Alan will see this thread, he may be familiar with them. I'm going to edit the title to hint that this is a UK question.

They look 'Italianate' to me too, but they also look like a variation on the Dunlop 'Formula' D-series wheels, as seen on many Triumphs of the period as well as the Reliant Scimitar:

Should have some casting marks / identification on the back somewhere. You have taken one off to have a look, haven't you?
