Looking for specs on the lost High Po L24

Hello,

I own a 71 240z and the L24 is in need of a rebuild. As luck would have it, I came across a 1984 maxima at a junkyard that had the high quench N47 head. Since this head had many of the things I would need to do to the e88 (steel valve seats, high quench design for detonation resistance, EFI notches, etc) that it would be a better starting point.

Since L24 builds have fallen out of fashion there isnt much info on building them specifically. While researching i came across HS30-H's information on a High Po L24 that was slated to be used in a high performance model S30 that was never released.

Are the specifications on this motor available?

I was thinking that this information would be a good guideline and starting point for my build or anyone building an high compression L24 as Nissan was able to build these up 10.5:1 comp ratio and have them ready to sell to the general public. Info on things like combustion chamber shape and size, cam specs, carb specs, etc would be helpful.

HS30-H also said that many of these parts were built and sold under Nissan's "sports options" label. Do any of these catalogs or brochures still exist?

Thank you for all your help.
