When I've tried to drag down an already up loaded pic it only goes down so far, not as far as it needs to be to the bottom box. Has anyone else had this problem or is my machine?

I just tried it and it worked okay here; that is it dragged down to that bottom row and the insert inline showed up. I believe I remember that the interface works differently if java is turned off but still works.
