Posted February 12, 200322 yr comment_26518 Here is an interesting find I saw on Ebay. A 1961 MGA with a 240Z motor. Beautiful car with a reliable engine that needs to be completed. February 12, 200322 yr Author comment_26524 I know. I think this is the first time I have ever seen anyone use a Z motor in another car. Usually they are putting other motors in the Z. Not a bad idea though for a great little British roadster. February 12, 200322 yr comment_26526 I sure wouldn't want to have to change the air filters (if it had them!). It appears that you'd have to remove the fender to do this. February 12, 200322 yr comment_26537 Not sure, but I think the trans has to come out through interior tunnel on these early MG's as well. Notice the missing trans tunnel in the foot pedal pic?If he re-wired it to get rid of the electrical problems that were the downfall of these cars, I'd say this would make a real cool cruiser...
