June 21, 201311 yr comment_426042 Lookin good, I'm starting on my '72 restoration as well. I'm working on the mechanicals first before I strip it down for paint & bodywork. What type of lift do you have? Do you like it? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/46814-1972-z-restoration/#findComment-426042 Share on other sites
June 21, 201311 yr Author comment_426044 Thanks, the lift is made by Mohawk, Its a mid rise. I do like it for doing the bodywork ,but trying to work on anything under the car make it hard due to being closed off. June 22, 201311 yr comment_426127 Looks like a really nice clean body. If the rest of the structure is like the back section, it will be a great project. Keep the photos coming.Chas Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/46814-1972-z-restoration/#findComment-426127 Share on other sites
June 22, 201311 yr comment_426132 I agree, you've got a nice looking Z and I hope the rest of the process goes smoothly for you! I wish the body on my car was that clean, but of course I haven't started the body work yet. Keep us posted!Robert S.
