I agree... It is conceivable that it's a $30K car if it's truly "mint".

Interesting to see a 43 year old $30K "rare" Datsun listed on Craigslist. I tend to think of CL more as a shopping venue for low cost bargains.

Anyone here buy a Z on Craigslist in the past?

I bought my 1970 240Z that I saw listed on craigslist back in 2008. It was maybe 15 miles from me. There was another 240Z I looked at for half the price but it was a total rust bucket.

I bought my '73 240Z on craigslist.... paid a cool 1k for it. Granted it had spent a decade sitting and had a hole in the radiator....

That guy has had parts posted on the Annapolis CL for years now. His definition of 'mint' is different from yours, and his outlandish prices are no joke.
