Gas filler hose leak fix?

My gas filler hose that connects from the gas tank to where you put the pump nozzle in, has a little hole in the rubber hose just above the hose clamp that connects the hose to the gas tank. It is a very little hole but enough for the fuel to leak out during filling or when the fuel is that high in the tank. My question is, will JB weld, Ultra Blue or Permatex "Form A Gasket Sealant" wrapped with foil tape stop the leak? Does anyone have an idea that could. I'm low on cash so buying a new hose is kind of out of the question. Thank you for reading.

Anyone know if seal all would work for this repair?

There's some sort of patch material for the flexible bumper covers on modern cars. I think it might be polyurethane based. I have no idea whether it would work -- just tossing out an idea.

Aircraft fuel tank sealant would do the job, but if the tank fill hose is springing one leak, it may be wise to put in a new one before a larger problem develops.

Your profile identifies the car as a '69 so you are dealing with a 43 year-old part that may be compromised in other areas. Do you really want to run the risk of driving a car with fuel leaks around the tank and the potential for dangerous fumes getting inside the car? I know it's a PITA to change it out but what is your life worth?
