yep... i'm partially responsible for that. not that i control the value, unfortunately. i finally located two NOS sets from different sources... bought a bottle of cheap tequila, and bought both sets for roughly $500 per set. i figured one set may be better than the other... but once in hand they were both equally nice. the set that just sold for $599 was one of mine. i basically broke even after i covered the shipping/insurance, the $60 to ebay, and $18 to paypal. so... i have a set for myself, and i guess i'd buy another for $400 if the opportunity came along... to sell some other day. no tequila required.

that's the deal of the year. i'll take 3 sets at $200 each. maybe 4. and i'd buy the seller a bottle of GOOD tequila.

I noticed them, with your description of slight damage. That was a good deal. Last few sets I watched went for $425-$599 range.

I should have asked a little more. Ebay charged me a whopping 38 dollars for fees plus paypal was 12. Then I paid 20 for shipping . Hopefully they went to a good home. My car will never be worthy of such a rare new part. Sadly enough..
