Considering that it's 2:30am and I can't sleep... I figured all of you could benefit from some of my late-night recipes. And, feel free to add your own if you wish.

These are best eaten when you're half asleep. But, they are GOOOOOOD!!

Pickles-N-Peanut Butter

- Pull out a jar of mini-mini-mini-dill-pickles (crunchier the better).

- Pull our a jar of creamy peanut butter.

- Get a long teaspoon (for the peanut butter).

- Get a fork (for the pickles).

Now, stand next to the counter and use the fork to pull out a baby (mini) pickle. Take a small bite. Chew slowly. As you're chewing, use the teaspoon and swipe a small bit of peanut butter. Put that in your mouth at the same time. Enjoy. Repeat as necessary. Possible additions: Milk.

Sauerkraut Sammich

- Toast a slice (or two) of whole-grain bread.

- Pull out a bag of shredded mozzarella (or shred yourself).

- Put a nice layer of mozzarella on the bread.

- Nuke the bread for 1 minute (or until melted).

- Add cold sauerkraut to the top.

Using a single slice of bread, fold it in half to keep in the juices. Double slices of bread you can make a normal sandwich. Possible additions: Milk.

Give some to the dog who's probably sitting next to your leg about now. :D

If you can be shagged...

Boil a hotdog...then cut it in 9 pieces (round, not like chips)...then put it on a piece of bread, cover with cheese, tomato sauce, chilli sauce (or anything that you think would taste good...bacon is a good un!)...then grill!!!!!!! Trust me, its the bizz!

I seriously need a life....oh well, at least I have the car!

Peanut butter, pickle and tomatoe sandwich.

Make a regular peanut butter sandwich but instead of using jelly, cut a couple slices of tomatoe, and add a few pickle slices. Sounds sickening (that's what I thought) but it's really good! And no my wife did not dream this up when she was pregnant!

Or peanut butter and celery....

or my favorite....dump half a bag of chocolate chips (I like the dark/sweet ones myself) into a jar of peanut butter, grab a spoon and stir it up real good. Then dig in. Like eating your own big Reese's peanut butter cup!

Word for the wise on that last one, make sure you have a separate jar for doing this. Or your wife (and kids) may get really pissed at you...:disappoin

When I was in College and this kind of recipe would pop out and everyone exclaimed how "good" it was, we would remind the speaker that he just had a bad case of the "MUNCHIES", which was a common affliction to those that INHALED.

If you know what I mean.....Vern.
