Front European Turn Signal Lens?

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some front European turn signal lens. I own a 71 240z. These are the turn signals which fit in the grill, not on the bumper. They are small, rectangular units. I live in Texas, so if someone knew where i could find some it would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to go anywhere in Texas, or California to find them. Thanks.

Try Too Intense Restorations. Troy may know of a supplier, as he is one of the last to have the clear lenses.... other than him, I don't know where you would look. He may know where you could look if he has no way of getting them.

BTW, remember to tell him you are a member here. Just so he knows his advertising is helping his business as well as our club.

If memory serves me correctly, the rectangular turn signals in the grille area weren't for a 71 but rather for a later year Z.

Checking a V/B catalog, I think you are thinking of the lights ont he 75 and later 260 and 280's.

If you have a 71, and it hasn't been modified drastically, it will have the park/turn signal light right below the headlights and below the bumper.

He's thinking of the 280 turn signals, perhaps he's using the MSA front bumper cover which you can't use the stock turn signals with?:ermm:

Yup, just looked at his gallery and he has to convert to the 280 turn signals with the bumper cover....

It's been a while since I saw anoyone advertise the clear lenses for the later cars, hopefully Troy can help him find a pair...

That is what I was thinking as well. Even the Euro (clear) lens sold by Troy at Too Intense Resto are mounted in the standard location below the bumper/headlights in the corner pieces of the front valance.
