October 14, 201311 yr comment_433687 Is that a NOS door skin? How did you roll the edge? Where did you find all the NOS parts? Front upper frame support, possibly outer wheel wells, etc.. Pretty workCharles Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/47705-1972-z-restoration/#findComment-433687 Share on other sites
October 14, 201311 yr Author comment_433692 The door skins came from Rare Spares out of Australia. I did get the front frame rail supports from Courtesy Nissan about a year ago when they had a bunch of NOS parts for sale. The outer wheel wells came from Zedds Findings as did the floorpans. I also purchased from Courtesy, NOS rear hatch, Roof skin, and cowl panel. The door skins were put on using just a body hammer and door skin dolly. Looks great and sealed better than factory...Charles Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/47705-1972-z-restoration/#findComment-433748 Share on other sites
October 15, 201311 yr Author comment_433750 Charles, thanks a lot. this car has really been fun , but also a lot of work. If I was not in the collision repair business, I would not have taken this project on.
