Hi.

I going to build a muffler for my 240z like the one on the z432 or the one from Fujitsubo. Can someone give me the measurement of the two end pipes? Diameter, c/c and the degree of angel they are cut.

The Fujitsubo unit is a twin pipe all the way from the header.

I believe the tips are 48mm. The rest of the pipe is 48mm. The angle is a slashed cut, very similar to a motorcycle exhaust.

I have one and a few other members on here as well. Unless your a welder or know of one, it might be cheaper to just buy it.

I have everything i need, just in need of the measurement.

Its just the muffler i will do. Welding will not be expensive for me. The c/c is importent to make it look right i think. If you have the time could you get it for me? Thanks

Here's the dimensions of my Twin 60mm stainless can from Reinhard Japan, It is twin 60mm inlet and outlet. Excuse the rough diagram, I had already done this for a fellow member on Auszcar. Hope it helps.
