Posted November 6, 201311 yr comment_435433 Hey guys, not sure what kind of price to put on this. Just need a ball park on how much I should get. all work was performed within the past year ive driven it. It was my DAILY DRIVER while I tt swapped my z32. I ran this car for over a year rain or shine and starts up everytime. I've invested over 5k into this short project. I dont expect anything near that, but would like a guesstimate on what i can sell it for. November 6, 201311 yr comment_435435 I bet I can help you track down the problem with the lights...Take off the clam shell on the steering column and look at the 9-pin connector coming off of the headlight switch. There's a good chance you'll find damage on the green/yellow wire. However, if you do need a new headlight switch, I do have a spare. Send me a PM if you're interested. November 6, 201311 yr comment_435461 I don't think $5,000 is too far off, good starting price. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/47897-how-much-should-i-sell-my-260z/#findComment-435461 Share on other sites
November 6, 201311 yr comment_435490 You left out the only important info. Is/was there any rust?If the body is completely clean, it will be worth far more than if it has or had rust. The value should be between $3k and $8k. If the body is rust-free and the paint is great, expect the high end. Bad paint and rust-free brings it down to about $5k and if there is rust the value will be at the bottom end of the scale.
