Help! 1978 280Z Heater valve !!!!!

Help! My 1978 280Z Heater valve Needs rebuilding or replacement.

I know this vacuum operated type heater valve is not availble for a while...

I looked at PDF file on Z car.com for 280zx, but how about 280z?

How are the owners of 280z cars getting by this issues....

Anyone has experience on this?
