So what I got from the website is its a 3.0L stroker supercharged. It is a imported USDM car.

I wouldn't completely surprised if *they* bought Datsun Parts Z in 2010 and then worked on it for a while before debuting it as theirs. Because his is almost identical. And that would explain the USDM factor.

There's an interesting thread on Hybridz about that. Someone's car showed up at a car show under RockyAuto's name. The impression given at the show, whether intended or not, was that RockyAuto had built it, even though they had actually bought it. It was essentially unchanged at the show, but there was no indication that it came from somewhere else. Maybe they used to build cars, but they seem to have spread in to buying and selling, and using the RockyAuto name to help sell. Fairly typical brand name over substance business practice.

Yeah. I'm not saying that it is the same car, just that they *could* be - but they are definitely similar builds either way.

I'd really like to know more about what manifold and supercharger that is. Since I've been looking around, I've seen several builds with a similar setup but none gave any real info about what that is. They seem too similar to be custom fabricated, and the JCR unit has been gone for ages and would cost a fortune if one did come up.

Edit: Here's another very fine example.

Just as I was getting out of the Triumph TR6 scene a few years back Moss Motors started selling a supercharger for the British straight six engine, here it is, http://www.mossmotors.com/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=112422

Might be worth a look, induction is on the other side of the engine unfortunately.
