here is my thinking on these clips. I make them in two types of hardness. I cant find a really good hard flexible clear type plastic, the best I can find is an clear amber. The clear amber will work great for everyday use. They flex really well and hold the correct shape. The clear are more rigid than the amber but also flex. So I offer up 4 clips, two amber for everyday use and 2 clear for taking your car to a show. You could remove amber clips and install clear at show, once done with show re-install amber.

I tested the clear 100 clips and they did not break but I cant say for sure what will happen after a few months as the plastic gets harder with age.
