i don't think you can tell... the +6 on my car now have more lip than the 0 (in my garage pictures) that i had before... when logically the opposite would be true. they have less depth in the hub section. those look more like the +6 to me... but hard to say.


i think there may be different lip depths for each offset in different production eras. my current +6 set made in 1998 has about 10mm more lip than my previous 0 offset set that was made in a few years later. unfortunately... neither necessary help you determine the specifications of the wheels they're currently offering.

There is no technical relationship between the offset of a wheel and the depth of the lip. (There may be a coincidential relationship for a particular manufacturer) So I don't know how anyone could answer your question. A zero offset wheel will extend further out of the wheel well than one with a positive offset, but I doubt that you could tell a 6mm difference from a photograph.
