djwarner Posted January 28, 2014 Share #2 Posted January 28, 2014 I was first introduced to dry ice blasting around 1992 where it was used to strip private airplanes prior to re-painting. I expect the wheel well being blasted in the video was coated in a rubberized undercoating. It would have stripped away much faster if it had been ordinary paint.
