The browser preferences is where you can turn flash and javascript off.

In Safari you have to click on the word Safari at the top left, then click on preferences, then under the security tab that appears you can uncheck javascript. To turn off flash you have to uncheck plugins, which I understand disables other things besides flash such as being able to read PDFs with the browser. Maybe it disables other things I don't know about. Sometimes I have to turn those things back on to buy something if I turned them off. Other browsers have a similar method but I don't use them enough to be much help.

I disabled flash and Js, the crap is still there and now the side bar won't collapse... even less space.

These content managing apps are crap. I think I'm going to move on from this site and just do my own z interface to the net to find what I want. I'm tired of technology getting worse.

If the page is reloaded does that help? I generally avoid downloading and installing anything that is required to look at something on the web (if that is a content manager) because I figure since the web is already capable of showing me anything I want the only real reason for a download manager is to give me more advertising. Possibly a cynical view? Other tricks I use to block unwanted content is to drag another app window over the top of the of the browser window I want to block or push the browser window off to the side so it isn't entirely on the monitor screen. I have thought of (believe it or not) making velcro strips that are on the monitor that I can quickly flip down to cover up part of the screen. I shall not be defeated. heh heh. Someone could take that idea, sell it on QVC and make a fortune. I'd like 5% royalty in perpetuem for the idea though (I got that word from watching shark tank).

Interesting, when I click on the link you provided it says it is not available in my country. That must mean there is a very good reason why I would want to see it.

I'm not getting any kind of social media spam at the bottom. Maybe you

have a spam toolbar that needs to

be disabled.

Interesting to note that my spytracking software says that 4

spies are watching me on this website. Fair enough, they need to

pay for this website somehow. I'm curious as to who they are though.
