Can Someone recommend a good, reputable Z-Car repair shop in Northern California (Bay Area, Sacramento, Modesto, Stockton areas). Need help getting 76 280Z tuned to pass the smog inspection.

try contacting the Z club in that area - Z Owners of Northern California (ZONC)
