Last week when i took my car for an oil change i manage to grab these pictures and would really like to know if it is recomendable to change the floor panels or should i just settle for a couple of patches?

It would be too hard to call with all the undercoating on there. The floors look pretty solid. I was expecting to see holes by your description. Start scrapping!!

Move your battery & check the frame rail, fire wall & rear of the wheel well. This is a common area for rust to hide. Your passenger rail makes me think there may be more rust.

my  passanger floor started out with a small hole the size of a quarter. I took a screw driver and started poking around. It revealed my passanger floor to be swiss cheese. Also my battery tray where it meets the inner fender is rusted. So is my hatch and a couple small holes on the dog legs LOL. My car has issues...

If there's just one big hole then I would patch it. But if the floor is swiss cheese then it'll have to be replaced. The one frame rail looks rough.

Yea, you have the beginning of a vary serious problem.  Clean away most of the undercoating and clean out the seams to see what you are really looking at.  I wouldn't say you need new floors and rails yet, but a good cleaning and patching is in order.
