I don't surf the porn sites, and rarely even click on the Boobs thread, but I consistently, like a few times a day, have a banner ad at the top of the classiczcars page advertising "1000 Single Asian Women".

Is there any way for Mike to block that specific ad? It must be tied to the site somehow since all of the other ads are about cars, or electronics, and I never see it on any other web site.

I have nothing against Asia, or Asian people, or Asian women, even thousands of them, but the ad makes it look like I'm looking for love, instead of Z conversation.

I'm using Google Chrome with Flash Player set to click to play, so many ads get blocked. But the 1000 Women somehow always get through.

As to site related I wonder if the ads somehow look for keywords as far as what to advertise though I have no idea how often that might happen. I noticed once when I was looking at a blog on anti corrosion that an ad for some anti rust material showed up.

looking up there. Pizza! All right.

I wonder if it is the same women all the time or if they get new ones?

What about Asian pizza ? :bunny:

I think I saw an ad for Russian women once or twice when I was browsing from another computer. I wouldn't worry too much about it because the site will be upgraded in the near future and we will have a whole bunch of new problems to worry about. :D

There's a certain similarity to the women in that ad... Can't quite define it.

So, from a different financial/political site I browse occasionally, women of Ukraine have popped up. There was an article about Ukraine on the page though.

Funny, mine are younger.

Since I started this thread I'll say that I didn't do it to make fun of the various old stereotypes that are out there. I was just trying to find a way to get rid of ads that look like I'm surfing porn sites. You seem like a nice guy b, your comment isn't really appropriate for my intention. My opinion. Please consider an edit.

Sorry, but I seem to have missed what was inappropriate or offensive about the comment. Clarification?
