Looking for performance jets for 2 Hitachi SU Carburetors

I just scored a couple of remanufactured Hitachi SU Carbs for my 240z. My former front carburetor was really worn and burning the spark plugs. I have a Far 311 New race cam and would need to purchase a couple of performance jets for both of these Hitachi carburetors. Who sells these jets? Black Dragon? EBAY?

I'm not sure what "performance jets" are. About the only thing I can suggest is to see if you can determine what needles are in your "remanufactured" carbs are..... Put the new ones on dial them in a see what you have.
