Identify this hose near firewall on driver and passenger side

Could someone please tell me what this hose is for? I couldn't find it in the factory service manual. Doesn't look removable to me (I don't care to remove it anyway), but I'm curious what it is.

That is a drain for area below the wiper motor.

It causes corrosion on the outside (behind the fender)

Sometimes they fail and leak inside the cab too.

Leaves and other trash can get into the plenum from the grill in front of the windshield and then collect at these two drain points - resulting in rot in the plenum. When it has been good and dry for a while, consider dropping each of these hoses to check that nothing is collected in the plenum above. Another option is to remove the grill and force flush the plenum thru these drains.
