While working on the Z over the weekend I took a movie of my fuel pressure gauge for fun and enjoyment (and as a record of what its behavior is when the motor is running well). Though you all might be interested:

Cool video. Looks like your fuel pressure regulator is responding properly to the changes in manifold vacuum.

I don't remember the pressure specs off the top of my head... Is 30 psi at idle a suitable value?

Off the top of my head, an 18'sh or 19'ish in Hg vacuum is about 7 psi, and if you take that 7 psi off of the 36, you get roughly 29 psi at idle -- for an engine running at proper mixture. Anyway, the differential between WOT and idle should be about 7 psi, which it appears to be.
