August 13, 201410 yr comment_453316 Look for a metal plate inside the driver's door jam. Towards the top there should be a month/year production date.Looks like she's had some motor work. Tell us more about her. Does she have a name?Give her a bath. August 13, 201410 yr comment_453325 If you're taking those pictures with an iphone remember that they don't automatically re-orient when you upload them. Sideways pictures don't really work. August 13, 201410 yr comment_453327 Welcome....Looks to me like a Series II so could be a later '71, a '72 or a '73. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/49824-my-new-240z/#findComment-453327 Share on other sites
August 13, 201410 yr comment_453336 she's cool. welcome aboard. agreed with "series II"... january '71-august '72 production. rear bumper syle/bumper guard style/placement rules out the '73 model year cars. production date down to the month will be on the metal plate on the driver's door jamb. no title..? model/legal year would be there. should be titled as a 1971 or a 1972...
