I found a 240z that has been on the road since 2006. With tons of extra part that will go with the car.

What i did is oil change, clean the plugs, new wires, cap, rotor, points, clean the gas tank, lines bleed the brakes, clean the inside, removal tree sap, power wash and polish the car. Got her started then SU rounds tops crap out. So i clean them out and took me a away to adjust them.

Nice score with all the goodies. If this Z is as "rust free" as it looks from the pics, it has spent it's life in a well protected home & you've found a rare one. Everything you've heard about the liquid sunshine in the Northwest is true. I doubt some areas in a Z ever totally dry out even in late summer,

Congratulations, keep it dry & enjoy.

Looks like you've got a good project, good luck and enjoy the process.

If your car has dealer applied undercoating, which a lot of northwest cars did, do yourself a favor and do a very close inspection of the critical areas in the frame rails and shock towers as well as the floors. I found a small issue on mine in the area of the support plate on the lower front frame rail where the front suspension cross member bolts on when I scraped off the 44 year old undercoating recently. It's all fixable but definitely better to know about in advance.

List: Search for 'crankshaft seal' | O'Reilly Auto PartsI found out that my front crankshaft seal leak a lot. its on my passenger side frame, and the floor. O relly have two size of seal. which one should i get. engine is match number and stock

Im not sure why O Reilly is offering two different seals. Nissan quotes one for the L24 through to the L28 at $6.21 P/N: 13042-A8600

For 6 bucks I would go original. That way you will know it fits.

Here is a link to the parts manual for the S30

Good luck with your project. Looks like a good find.

Just saw that you scored a nice buy, and by looking at the pics you posted, it looks like you have access to the area thatr I currently need some close-up pics of...meaning the steering column/ignition switch wiring. If you could take some pics of this area so that I can see the up-close wiring...what color is connected to what color...that would be awesome and greatly appreciated. The wiring on the 73 240z that I am working on is all dismantled so needing some assistance! Thanks...and enjoy your new buy...these only go up in value...so awesome investment!

On the seals - one is rear, one is front. It's in the descriptions, in the OReilly link.
