There's a lot of rural land around the small city of Portland.  And, apparently, some Portlandians keep goats at their homes in the city.  She said goats had jumped up and walked on the roof.

Goats!  And to think I get pissed when a cat gets on one of my cars.

Cats getting on my car reminds me of a miner/inventor I worked with in the 80's who patented an device to shock the offending cat when it got on his Mercedes. I think he called it a "scat mat". Sadly Klaus passed away a number of years ago but here is a link to his patent:
