1969 240Z Project Car Value

Has anybody seen prices on 1969 240Z project cars? I have a chance to get one but it has the usual rust, fender flares and vents cut into the hood. I'm trying to find out just how bad the rust is but I assume it needs floors and rockers. It's missing the correct steering wheel, seats, underhood plastic fresh air ducts, wheels, hub caps and I'm sure a few other things. Oh, the engine and trans are gone and in their place is an L28 and 5-speed. The seller doesn't remember the exact number of the car but it's around 490. What do you think it's worth?

It looks like there's a hole in the dog leg behind the rocker. I'm an East Coast guy so I've seen a lot of rust! I assume that the floors/frames, rockers, battery tray area, hatch "shelf", fenders and rear wheel arches have to be replaced/repaired. The ash tray is there. I didn't see any carpet or vinyl. Dash looks complete.I wish the engine was there.

Without the numbers matching engine and the unique 1969 car parts (hatch glass with no defroster, date matched seat belts, date matched wheels, hubcaps, cylindrical hood bumpers, plastic inspection lid clips, etc.) its just another rusty S30.  The Dash is worth something ($1,500 to $2,00) if undamaged.
