Sent a message to Conedodger last month and it shows as unread. So I sent a message to Mike yesterday and it also shows unread.

 

Are we getting notification of waiting messages?

I have been receiving the notifications fine. There should also be a number by "Messenger" indicating the number of unread messages.

 

Maybe they are just ignoring you.

Edit: Of course, I believe notifications can be turned off by the user...

I received your PM and replied to it this morning (about 15 minutes ago).  Can you check to make sure it shows "read by Mike" and the time?  Also need to consider the fact that he might not have read it yet.

 

You can also click on the notification just to the left side, see screenshot where it says Turn Notifications OFF.  It can be toggled.
