It's only a misprint.  It was supposed to say $240.00 (firm!).  Love the floor pan!

LA car?????    i've only seen rust like that in coastal towns that have lots of salt spray.

Me thinks its an upstate new york special and the ad is a prank.

Is that the floor pan that's supported by the frame rail? Oops, my bad..........no frame rail. In craigslist parlance, this would be a "90% finished restoration".

 

I wonder if the seller would entertain an offer of 22k, or is the price really firm???? ()  

Price must be because of... "black pleather interior and original paint."

Misprint, you must mean $24.00

From San Diego it seems. I believe there may be a fairly sizable body of salt water quite nearby....

 

I'm going to e-mail them and strongly suggest they stop driving the car due to safety reasons.... 

That thing is so rusty that it looks like it was parked IN salt water, !!

But ya better let off when approaching railroad tracks.

Wow, I was looking at my rusty areas the other day and thinking about how much work it will be. I can honestly say my car has a fraction of a percentage of the rust that car has . I feel better now.

If the new owner has it sand blasted to get rid of the rust, all that will be left will be the windows and the tires. Craigslist ads can be soooo entertaining.
