Looks great! What are you going to do with the wire harness holders in the engine bay?

I think I will clean them up, spray them body colour, then re-plastidip them. I think that will look okay. Some are broken...

I picked up some more spare parts this weekend too. A set of taillights and surrounds plus two good valve covers. That will allow me to do some experimenting with the paint or polish finish.

Yeah, mine were in decent shape so I taped them off before painting. Big mistake, I wish I would've stripped them and had them painted body color, then either dip them or buy new tab covers. 

New tab covers? Didn't know they existed. I thought they were dipped. Heat shrink would look goofy.

Spun the chassis tonight. Sitting 90 degrees on the passenger side. Discovered a lot of spots I missed from the last time I was vertical... Oh well. Keep on blasting...

Small progress... still blasting.

Found a set inspection doors and a new gas door for the parts shelf! Also working on a new (to me) gas tank from a Canadian source! Hope to get that shipped soon....!

Hope the deal on the gas tank works out. I with your mother inlaw, Im sure you can do better
