That definitely looks good.  It occurs to me that I had a lot of extra wiring associated with my electronic ignition which accounts for more clutter in that area.

The return line to the regulator will pass directly below (or maybe even through) the bottom of the hood latch frame area. It shouldn't be an issue but I can always route the return hose lower if need be. I don't expect any contact with the hood or latch.

Nice work.  You may have answered this but i'm curious what your plan is.  You're keeping the injection, right?  Are you regulating on the return or supply side?  I think you are doing nice work but I'm a little concerned about the hose clamped connection for a high pressure (FI) application.  Hope I'm not coming across as critical.  You have done a great job and I'm dying to see the finished product.  Another suggestion as long as I'm being a pest...  and a g-sensing fuel cutoff.  safety first!

Injection is staying along with the 11mm Pallnet fuel rail and polished intake (pics a couple pages back), the regulator is positioned after the fuel rail (return line) with a pressure gauge on both (fuel rail and reg), the hose clamped fuel lines are the same clamps that came off the clamped hose to hard line connections from the stock system and are good and tight. The fuel line is steel braided injection fuel line, ethanol safe. 36psi should be fine at the lines.

As for the fuel cutoff, I was not thinking this would be an issue with the stock AFM controlled cutoff (intake butterfly closed = pump off). However, as I am now going to go with the EZ-Fire system, I will have to look into the fuel cutoff issue. Thanks for the reminder!

I really do appreciate the feedback! I too am dying to see the finished project one day... Order for brakes and undercarriage components goes in to Arizona Z Car on Monday next week!
