Your clear catalyst was probably a little slow. so the flat areas laid down better but the verticals sagged a little bit. A little more flash time between coats would help with that. Some of that is just experience and feel, hard for us DIYers to develop those skills unless you paint a lot

100% agree with you. The garage was “warm” but not really more than 16 degrees I guess. More flash time would have been the answer. Unfortunately I couldn’t see the clear coat well in the tent through the face mask regulator. Experience would have told me to go slower and maybe use a faster catalyst. I used medium.

Sure is pretty!!
I wish my paint still looked like that! The PO did a clear coat and it started getting dandruff a year or so ago. All the sky-facing surfaces have peeled up like a 3rd degree sunburn.
