I concur! Just wait till you get it all painted and out in the sun. You might find yourself just staring at it. July 31, 20186 yr Author comment_554216 So.... road block. I was tying to hook up the rear anti sway bar with the rear mount AZC dog bone and realized that the stock bar is way too long (from the back of the bar) to the TTT rear lower control arm mounting points. Is it safe to assume I need a special rear anti sway for rear mounting (instead of in front of the diff)? July 31, 20186 yr comment_554220 Doesn't the 240Z use a different bar than the 280Z? Which type of bar are you using? Which type is the AZC system designed for? July 31, 20186 yr Author comment_554225 I’m not an expert on the 240 by any stretch but I was under the impression the 240 often didn’t have a rear anti sway bar. No where can I see mentioned that the stock bar from a 280 won’t work with the AZC dog bone. Then again, I can’t find a reference to a different bar other than the pictures showing an ST anti sway. July 31, 20186 yr comment_554229 Here's a ref showing the switchover, to the big body style. I've heard that the AZC guy answers his phone, even though his web site is from the 90's. http://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsun/Z-1969-1978/axle/rear-suspension/71 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/50908-1976-280z-restoration-project/?&page=169#findComment-554229 Share on other sites

August 2, 20186 yr Author comment_554374 I have friends who have dealt with these guys before and ordered parts for our 370Z's. I didn't know they were making stuff for the S30's as well! Even with slow shipping, half the price of a new dash in stock form is pretty enticing!
