Vacuum Hose Connection 1983 280Zx

Where does this vacuum hose (see photo) connect from the T split (1983 280zx)? Does it connect to the cruise control actuator?

On my '81, yes, one of the two small vacuum hoses goes to the Automatic Speed Control Device (ASCD) servo valve:
