2ManyZs Posted March 15, 2003 Share #7 Posted March 15, 2003 Dents don't look like they are that bad that they couldn't be repaired, but, dpending on how they repair them, you might end up having to have the bumpers re-chromed. Which, in the long run will be cheaper than buying new ones.'As for the ends pieces, I haven't seen them listed for a while...Try e-mailing Andy Russell at z@datsundude.comHe might know of a supplier, or check with Troy at Too Intense our advertiser on the main page....Oops, forgot one other supplier, Charlie may have everything you need...http://www.datsunzparts.com/bumper.htm
MikeW Posted March 15, 2003 Share #8 Posted March 15, 2003 I just got my front and rear 240 bumpers straightened and rechromed for about $600. There's a photo in my gallery ...

bigd652 Posted March 15, 2003 Author Share #10 Posted March 15, 2003 Also.... Why would the bumper guards all be out of place.... Can I just put them back where they are supposed to be?
bigd652 Posted March 15, 2003 Author Share #11 Posted March 15, 2003 Here is a pic of one of my bumper guards... at least thats what i think its called...
MikeW Posted March 15, 2003 Share #12 Posted March 15, 2003 I got mine straigntened and rechromed by a local shop but they actually sent them elsewhere to be done. It took about 5 weeks because of a backlog and shipping. The actual work is fairly labor intensive - that's where the cost is. I'm sure you can find something similar in your area.I don't know much about later models and the bumper guards. In fact, I'm planning on just leaving my guards off but getting new rubber strips.
