On yahoo jp auctions there is a s20 valve cover with 63 bids so far. Price is up to around 3000 usd.

A used s20 cylinder head recently sold for 7600 usd. Thats over 10k just for the top end!

At least 20k if you're piecing it together. Better to buy a complete one in a car.   I saw a ratty skyline with an s20 for about 18,000 usd.
